   Entrance to Fluffy Studio is from the top of the property down 28 stairs.  Not handicap accessible.  Breathtaking views once you get there enjoy your little bit of paradise.

Dining-Kitchen

 

  • Aminities in both Kifi and Fluffy Studio:  Wiring for Canal + Intl TV-Stove-Micro-Terrace-Deck, refrigerator, gas stove.

  • Tarif:  1450 Euros per month + charges.

  • Charges include:  Electricity at 20% of total, water per meter, gaz, canal sat, telephone, internet,

  • Conditions:  One month Caution and monthly in advance.  Charges to be paid at the end of each month.

  • Occupancy for up to 2 persons.  Ideal for single person or couple.

  • Insurance:  Tenant to provide civil tenants insurance. Owner insures the physical property.

  • Available October 1st, 2008 for annual lease.
