Tarif based on size: Bungalow 1br + mezzanine 2750 Euros per month + charges. Bungalow + mezzanine 2200 Euros per month + charges.

Charges include: Electricity at 35-40% of total, water per meter, gaz, canal sat, telephone, internet, pool cleaning.

Conditions: One month Caution and monthly in advance. Charges to be paid at the end of each month.

Occupancy for up to 4 persons. Ideal for a couple with 2 children.

Pool security - the plunge pool is in an enclosed private terrace accessible only through the salon. There is NOT an electric pool monitor included with rental, tenant may install one at their expense.

Insurance: Tenant to provide civil tenants insurance. Owner insures the physical property.

Available September 1st, 2008 for annual lease.

Wall bed in salon (1 queen bed) this bed is great for if you have guest. Folds away in armoir when not in use or opens to queen bed for guest.

Large 20m2 mezzanine with sloped ceiling parquet floors. The mezzanine also has a large closet and is divided into two sections. Stairs have balastrade. Photos do not show the bed as this space was just renovated.

Private terrace with small plunge pool (about ten feet square and about four feet deep), all set in a tropical garden with stunning views over Marigot Bay.

Front Deck has a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Marigot Bay and the hillside. The Salon looks out onto the deck and view.

Britton's Bungalow Garden Suite has a queen size bed and large shower room. Roman shower, pedestal sink, WC, washing machine and dressing in shower room. French doors open from the bedroom directly to the entrance garden and into the bungalow.
